Two different SLAs on a VVX 410/411

Hi,

 

at the moment we're testing the ShareLine Feature.

We want to use two different SLA on one device. So if we add one with about 4 Lines.

 

If we add the first SLA it works fine and the 4 Lines are displayed correctly.

As soon as adding the user to a second SLA the SLAs will only displayed as user the logged on user is delegated for(as "boss").

 

So the questions is:

Is it possible to user more than on SLA on a single phone?

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

To my knowledge we only support 1 SLA. I would suggest you work with your Polycom reseller on a Feature Request if more is needed.
