We are using VVX 501 devices with S4B Online and BToE. Last night our phones updated to UC 18.104.22.16873. This broke BToE pairing with the device. We updated all PCs to BToE 3.9.0, and that resolved the pairing issue. However, about 50% of our phones are not able to authenticate with the credentials supplied by S4B, even if we manually enter them into the phone. We are constantly prompted to relogin our credentials and are met with authentication errors.
The only solution we have found that resolves that issue to manually downgrade the phones back to 5.8.x.

Please get this into support.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.
End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Polycom devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.
If the unit is no longer within warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here
