I've recently just updated a Trio 8800 to version 5.9.0 Rev AD by holding down the 4 corners and resetting which I understand factory resets as well as enables a firmware update. It was an unused device which had been sitting around for years. I however can't log in as admin in order to be able to pair the Visual+ as the phone doesn't have the "advanced" menu option, and I can't configure using the web config and the default password 456 does not work. Is it possible to reset the admin password or some other way of pairing the Visual+? I have the Visual+ plugged directly into the Trio, but it does not work. Any help would be appreciated!
