Exisitng firmware: 5.2.0.8330 

 

trying to manually update to the latest version (5.5.1.11526) using the web interface.

 

I am able to select the latest version (5.5.1.11526) and click "Install" but nothing happens

 

Restoring to factory seeting does not help (Firmware: 5.2.0.8330 )

Apr 21, 2015 Question: Unable to upgrade the Phone via the built in Software Upgrade Web Interface utility

Resolution: This is a current bug and please setup a local provisioning server as shown => here <=. Check the release notes for VOIP-97822

 


The above affected your version and you need to setup a local provisioning server.

 

Please be aware that if you want or are using this and other VVX with Skype for Business or LYNC you will need to purchase (please ignore if already done) a per device LYNC Licenses.

 

This is explained => here <=

 

Polycom reserves the right to audit your deployment to verify that you have sufficient licenses to match the number of devices being used.
