Unable to utilize color expansion module buttons VVX 401

I am running into problems with the color expansion module for our VVX 401. I am using two expansion modules and cannot add more than 100 contacts. VVX software is and using EFLK. Is there a possible way to get pass the 100 contact limit to utilize the rest of the 68 unused buttons?

Thanks in advanced.

Hello @MarcoHernandez,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Usually a community search should find multiple posts on this already.

I therefore updated the Skype for Business FAQ to contain this information already in the text and the post itself in addition to the Admin Guide outlines this clearly:

Jan 04, 2016 Question: Can I change / re-assign the appearance of  a Line and / or Presence Keys?

Resolution: Please check => here <= and the limit using EFLK is 100.
