Hi, we using Polycom Trio 8800 with Skype for Business Online. It is on the latest firmware 5.7.2. When the device receives a call or shows callers in the conference, standard names like "Petr Vlk" are shown fine. But localized names like "Žluťoučký kůň" are displayed like "?lu?ou?k? k??". We know that the menu and device language do not support the Czech language, but the device itself states that it supports Unicode characters in all menu and configurations. So we think, that display these characters in calling menu should work normally.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.
End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Polycom devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.
