VV201, 411, 501 time is different with NTP

Hello,

 

I got problem with VV201, 411, 501 for SfB. Which the time is incorrect with my country time zone.

How to fix it?

Hello @Sisob,

welcome back to the Polycom community.

Some or a couple of your old post(s) => here <= are still open / pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution" or at least provided some form of feedback or answer.

If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice provided was useful and has maybe helped you.

Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate ?

If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilise the community more efficiently.

In addition it is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include. .

In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.

Also it can help us if you tell us what time zone you are in. There are many daylight saving posts which can easily be found utilizing the search functionality.

The VVX201 UC Software version is 5.7.0.11768

VVX501 UC Software is 5.6.0.17325

VVX401 UC Version is 5.6.0.17325

Hi Steffen,

 

The zone is Jakarta (GMT+7), the VVX time 1 hour ahead. At the same location,  CX600 has the correct time.

The problem was solved. I went to customer and check the time setting, and found daylight was enabled. Then i disabled it.
