hi,

We have skype for business server 2015, Sonus SBC 1000 and Polycom VVX 301's and 601's. Our problem is incoming calls from the PSTN cannot be transferred. The caller is disconnected as soon as transfer is pressed.\

VV301 and 601 on firmware 5.5.1.11526.

Transfer works from the SfB clinent on the desktop. Internal calls can also be transferred.

Appreciate any help.

Hello MathewKEO,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

You could either try this known Parameter:

<test call.BlindTransferSpecialInterop="1"/>

Simply place it in a text file, store it and name it sonus.cfg and import this via the Web Interface.

There was another problem on the Sonus end here http://www.myskypelab.com/2016/10/polycom-vvx-hold-issue-with-sonus.html

If all of the above fails please work with your Polycom reseller to get this into support.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
