VVX 301 external acess ok internal not login in

Good Morning,

 

I'm testing VVx 301 and VVX 201 in skype for business 2015 on premisses E4 with PSTN integration.

We have a standart pool with one front-end one edge and one mediation.

 

Both the vvx when external login ok, just having a problem with soud when coneting to pstn. when internal they dont even log in.

 

here is the log when trying to log internaly, i have tried every thing runnig out of options.

Hello Pedro Dias,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

The above is also stated in the "Read First: Welcome to the Polycom VoIP Forum"

I can see that you tried to raise ticket 1-2427307700 directly on our support interface but End Customers are unable to do so and must work with their reseller.

 

The phone itself in above log is a VVX300 and does not have the required LYNC per device license (see => here <=) and was sold back in 14/10/2014.

 

You can only test LYNC for 30 days if you do not purchase a phone as a LYNC SKU.

 

The advice from our Web Team was to work with InterSmart.

 

Only briefly looking at your Logs I see some SSL errors so you may want to lower the SIP and TLS logging to event 1.

 

Also can you clarify what you mean by register externally or internally? Do you mean externally via Edge ?

 

There are also some DNS errors you should look at.

the UC version is 5.4.2.2834, we haven't purchase de licence and are still in trial because we first have to verify if it works 100% with our UC solution.

 

what did you mean with want to lower the SIP and TLS logging to event 1"", can ypu kindly explane for me.

 

Yes externaly is via edge server, we can login normaly, but them we have another problem whem we call a internal user we can hear and be heard, whem we call a pstn it completes the call but doesnt have sound, and if we use the softphone in a notebook tablet android or ios via exeternal ,edge, we can succesfully complete the call to PSTN or internal users with sound, may something to do with codec ?

 

Could you please help us , we trying to close the trials am buy about 500 vvx 300 to our UC deployment.

Hello Pedro Dias,

everybody is welcome in this community but providing support to either End Customers or Resellers is not part of the community.

 

When we deal with a support case we often need private customer information and accounts and this is not something we can run via a public community.

 

I forwarded your details to our sales team in the North American and Latin American region but you should contact InterSmart as advised already when you initially tried to open the ticket as they are your Tier 1 support and can open a ticket for you.

 

This will speed up the process as anything else will just delay it.
