VVX 310 Skype for Business call to mobile app fails

THe current issue i am facing is when I search for contact in AD and make a skype for business call to the user who is signed into the mobile app using either a iPhone or Andriod or any other mobile device the clal immediately disconnects.

 

However the mobile app can call the handsets and the call is working.

 

i have ugrade the firmare to 5.4.5.6770. Have also tried the 5.5.1.X and still no luck.

 

Anyone come across the same issue?

Hello Mahendran,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

We would need to look at this from a support perspective. 


In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post your phone's MAC address so I can look up who would be able to support you.

The Unit was sold via Westcon Group Pty Ltd and I can see that one of your colleagues already tried to open ticket 1-5192761961 for another issue.
