We are using Skype for Business 2015 with a VVX 310 with Extension Module.

Login as Extension 61500 with Pin... I can make the phone work with SfB just fine.

 

I answer a call, put that call to Park... and then Paging is GONE from the soft keys... 

I only have: Retrieve, NewCall or Lines. 

Is there anyway to put Paging on this screen??

Hello @ajegli,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

Usually the paging facility is only used in certain circumstances but you can use EFK to add this to others.

I got the button now... and when I hit Page... I hear the beep for a Page, but when we talk... there is no sound. 

 

So the page beep part is going thru... but the sound after is not.

Hello @ajegli,

The next step would be to raise this as a ticket.


In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.
