I have a VVX 311 phone setup to ring headset this is using an Algo 2506 ring detector to ring an external Algo 8180g2 speaker.
When a direct call is placed to this phone the ringer works.
When a call comes in as a team call the phone shows the call coming in visually on the display but is not ringing on headset.
The firmware is 126.96.36.19946 environment is Skype for Business online

For at least one of your older posts, the advice was to open a ticket via your reseller. What was the outcome of this and would you like to share your solution?

Does it ring audibly on the phone?

We did open a call with them but did not get anything back after they opened a call with Polycom on that issue. We removed all the phones and used softclients as the VVX 411 and BTOE was the cause of the problem.
For this issue yes the phone does ringer on the headset port when a direct call is placed to it or it is sent a call via a transfer or via a queue.
No it does not ring on the phone as the phone is set to send ring to to headset but it does show on the display that a call is incoming.
