The current version of my vvx411 is 184.108.40.2069. I have also tried older versions except for 220.127.116.1196, which doesn't support Skype for Business registration.
I have dual registration on my VVX, the first line is my account on Skype for Business and the second line is the registration on my PBX(SIP Registration).
My problem is, when i try to dial a local number at my region from line 2, the VVX adds +1 in front of the number.
Is Skype for Business responsible for this, or do i need to investigate further?

UC Software 4.0.0 or later via the Web Interface Utilities > Phone Backup & Restore > Phone Backup > Phone Backup. Please rename into .TXT or Zip the file to attach.
Since UC Software 5.9.0 simply provide this via the Web Interface Diagnostics > Download Support Information Package
Whilst providing some of these details may not directly impact any possible answer the community can provide, it does enable Poly to have an overview of the current software used. In addition, providing all details at the same time allow us to check logs or look up potential support partners if an issue needs to come into support. It also enables us to verify the entitlement for using features.
