VVX 450 - Answer Softkey Briefly Shows as "Pause" on Incoming call

We've recently encountered an issue where the "Answer" softkey is being breifly replaced with a "Pause" on incoming calls. After about three rings the pause softkey will switch back to answer and the user is able to answer the call. The phone is currently on UC 6.1.0.6189 and is connected to a BToE client.

Welcome to the Poly Community.

 

Is there support advised reason why you are running 6.1.0?

 

The latest supported version at present is 5.9.4. I would suggest you downgrade and if the issue persists open a support case.


In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.

If the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

Thank you for the quick response. I was not aware of that UC version not being advised for use, I'll go ahead and roll the firmware back to the version you noted. I'll keep you posted!
