Hi,
in the VVX 450 Data Sheet, i can't read that the phone can use USB Headset.
Is that right?

Is it planed, that the Phone can also use USB Headsets?

Hello @Oliver.R,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

Our official document is a bit outdated and does not cater for the latest VVX models.

The original statement was that a USB enabled Handset can utilize a USB Adapter for a USB Headset.

I am trying to follow this up with Product management.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hello, Steffen,
but I'm a little astonished, because I would have thought that the data sheets for new models would at least give current and correct data, where USB headset use is also included.
Just because you want to sell the new model, you should change or adapt the corresponding information and documentation very quickly.

And just to make sure that we can continue to use our USB headsets on the VVX450 phones, it would be good to know that the VVX450 phones support USB headsets as well as the VVX 500.

Many Thanks,

Oliver
