VVX 500 - 5.5.1.11526 - Delegates

Hi all

 

Anyone had issues with this firmware and delegates from a end client perspective?

 

Forwarding works (from s4b client) when team call and normal forwarding is set but if I add this firmware as a delegate member for someone I get no popups or notification when adding, and no ringing when a call comes through, roll back and all seems ok...

 

A bug perhaps? Even rolled back to 5.5.0.20556 and the aame, wondering if I am missing something or a config section is needed etc

Infact I have just tested any firmware after 5.4.0.10182 and it doesnt work...

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Please open a support ticket.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post your phone's MAC address so I can look up who would be able to support you.

I report the same problem with 5.5.1.11526 on vx411.

I had a brief look at this running 5.5.1.11526 and I do get the pop up when adding a delegate and the phone rings as a delegate.
