This unit was sold via SCANSOURCE COMMUNICATIONS back in 25/03/2014 and is neither a LYNC SKU phone and out of warranty.

 

If you using this and other phones that have not been purchased as specific LYNC or Skype SKU you must purchase the relevant licenses as explained => here <=

 

Scansource can try and open a Pay Per Incident ticket with Polycom support for you.

Thanks for checking. I will get you a different MAC address. We bought new ones earlier this year, they to have the same issue.
