I have several VVX 600 phones with Skype for Business. My users have connected Microsoft USB headsets to the Polycom phone. They can use them perfectly when pressing the headset button.
However - when a call comes in and they press Answer on the phone, or answer it on the PC using the BToE connector, the Polycom phone answers on speaker phone.
Is ther a way to default the answer type on the VVX 600 to Headset instead of speaker?

You can enable headset memory. Once this is on push the headset button twice to enable the headset as the default hands free device. Push once to turn it off.
Settings/Basic/Preferences/Headset/Headset Memory.
When it is on the headset button will slow blink, green for analog headset blue for digital.
