VVX 601 v5.7.0.11768 with BTOE 3.7.0.0 on Skype for Business 2015 server...

 

VVX 601s - Boss/Admin configuration.  Originally set up with Boss Ring Type set to Silent on VVX 601 and Simultaneous Ring set to "My Delegates" on Skype for Business client.  When Boss was called from another extension, Admin phone would be silent, but calls direct from Boss WOULD ring on Admin set using Normal Ring type.

 

This stopped - now calls direct from Boss to Admin also ring silent?

 

The former pattern was very desirable - in open office space, we do not want simultaneous ring to Boss to ring Admin phone set, yet DO want direct calls from Boss to Admin to ring.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Is this something that stopped after a firmware upgrade or did this just stop with a firmware it was working before?

 

I suggest you get this into support.

 

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.
