Hello Steffen,
first the device details:
Polycom VVX 601
UC-Version | 5.9.5.0614 |
MAC | 64:16:7F:61:64:09 |
SFB | 2015 - CU5 |
Exchange | 2016 - CU12 |
We have several Outlook/Exchange contacts with more than 3 or 4 phone numbers. For example 2 work numbers, a mobile number and 2 private numbers. Is it possible to get all numbers on the VVX 601?
Kind Regards
Matthias

Hello @MKremer ,
to finally answer your main question we only parse following fields from the contact GetItems response.
- BusinessPhone
- HomePhone
- MobilePhone
We do not parse store other fields from the response.
Therefore the next step is:
Jan 03, 2013 Question: How can I request a change aka feature request to the current Polycom SIP / UC Software?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
Best Regards
Steffen Baier

Hello @MKremer ,
Welcome back to the Poly Community.
Could I kindly ask to not address questions directly to an individual? Doing this may turn off other people answering questions.
To answer your actual question I am not aware if this is supported. We query ABS for the contacts so I assume this working as designed. The next step would be to raise a ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.
End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards

Hello @MKremer ,
Checking your device it comes back as a 2200-48600-025. This is not a Skype for Business License included hardware. For all of your devices please see the below:
Please be aware of the following when utilizing UCS 4.1.0 or later:
The use of Polycom UC Software versions 4.1.X (“Software”) requires the purchase of a separate Software license for every device that will use the Software in a LYNC / Skype for Business environment. You may not install, access, or use the Software in a LYNC / Skype for Business environment on more devices than are listed on your license until additional licenses have been purchased and authorized by Polycom. These licenses should be purchased from the same company from which you purchased the devices. You may operate devices against a LYNC / Skype for Business server for trial purposes for up to 30 days without purchasing a license. Use of the Software is subject to the terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement.
Polycom reserves the right to audit your deployment to verify that you have sufficient licenses to match the number of devices being used.
Information in regards to License Part Numbers can be found here
Basically, prior to even raising a Poly support ticket via the Reseller Smit Consultancy BV, you need to ensure you have the relevant Polycom per device licenses and proof of this.
Best Regards

Hello @SteffenBaierUK
the part number is the same as on the original packaging. Attached you find a photo. I definitely bought it as a Skype for Business device.
If the device is sold as a device as a Skype for Business device and of course is also more expensive, then actually a license should be already installed.
Kind Regards
Matthias

Hello @MKremer
I am checking internally with our order management as the 025 version is $15 cheaper than the 019 version.
Please go ahead and open a ticket via your reseller.
Most likely this will be a Feature Request anyway.
Best Regards

Hello @MKremer ,
I double-checked internally and this unit is not a Skype for Business unit.
The SFB sticker must have been placed by accident. The actual part number clearly proves that this is not a -019 unit and therefore for this any of the same you must purchase the additional license as originally outlined.

Hello @MKremer ,
Purchasing an SKU that ends with -019 or older stock -018 will always have the Skype (or previous LYNC) license.
