When logging in using credentials or PIN on the phone the Exchange features do not work. It only works when pairing with the client. Is this is a known issue or limitation of the phone?

In addition it is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

Also are you 100% sure you are adding the credentials the same as on the LYNC / Skype client?
And no Exchange will never work using Pin & Extension. This is per Microsoft design.

It looks like my initial issue was related to this. I wasn't able to get the phone to work properly without logging out first though.
I retested the phones and it looks there is still some issues with the older firmware but I'm happy as long as it works on the new version. I must have mixed up the scenarios. Using credentials is working.
