We have setup our VVX phones to connect to SfB Online. We have noticed that on inbound calls the display on the phone will display:

 

Incoming Call

From: Private Number

This was taken from my phone SIP logs:

Is there any way to suppress the SIP information from displaying on the screen? 

 

Inbound calls to the SfB client do no display the same information. 

 

Outbound calls from the VVX to our carrier show the DID assigned to the SfB user. SfB online doesn pass Caller ID information at this time.
