We use Skype for Business online with VVX600 phones and sidecars for the reception.  When she transfers to someones voicemail, the choice "sticks" and the next time she transfers it goes to VM again even if she doesn't want to.  Is there a setting on the phone or in the provisioning server files that would prevent that transfer choice from being sticky (similar to the headset memory option)?

I've confirmed that it happens from all of our phones with sidecars, so it seems to be working as intended...but the front desk lady won't accept "transfer from your computer" or "don't transfer to VM, just let the people put their phones on dnd when they don't want calls" or "always long press and choose to transfer to them" etc.

We use 5.7.0 configs and skype for business online with a local provisioning server.

Hello @ahornatx,

This is a feature we added since UC Software 5.6.0 and will stay unless you reboot the phone. There is no parameter to deactivate this and I can only suggest you raise this as a feature request:

Jan 03, 2013 Question: How can I request a change to the current Polycom SIP / UC Software?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Hello @ahornatx,

Someone else already raised this via EN-63697 and we will address this in the next 5.7.1 release currently planned for the end of February (Subject to change)
