I have a number of VVX201 phones that recently started suffering from a problem with dialing some long distance numbers. The phone number belong to my orgnization.

When I dial them the VVX logs show these activities. The URI indicated does not match the number I am trying to dial. I removed it for security purposes.

We use Skype for Business online with a on prem Session boarder controller. My test phone is using the latest UC software. I've tested with previous versions and run into the same problem.

Hopefully someone has seen this problem before.

Hello jbenter29,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Sstating the latest software does not help others when finding this post in days, weeks, months or years to come as they do not know what software mentioned was current at the time of writing. Please therefore always post the exact complete build id.

In addition the community's Skype for Business FAQ contains this post here:

Jan 17, 2017 Question:How can I troubleshoot simple Skype for Business, LYNC or Office365 issues?

Resolution: Have a look => here <=

You may also want to look at

Oct 7, 2011 Question: Phone unable to Dial a number when Off Hook or on 2nd Call in a Conference or Digitmap issues

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Both of the above help you with troubleshooting issues.

If this all does not help or you need additional help please open a ticket.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Here is  a copy of the logs. I am in Washington DC (202) number and tried to dial a (303) number. Which is owned by my org. It returned a busy tone without really dialing the number.

Hello jbenter29,

You did not follow any of the FAQ posts and changed the logging level. Therefore there is nothing I can do.

Feel free to try and post more logs but from my perspective please open a ticket.

I submitted a ticket. I am not a polycom expert. So I don't know these controls.
