Trying to update to the latest S4B approved firmware Polycom UC Software 5.9.0.9373, updated from Polycom UC Software 5.7.0.14430 Rev R.
When I do so, any and all login attempts fail.
"Fetching User Certificate" appears for several mins then nothing.
Rolling back the firmware solves the problem but that's not a permanent solution.

so I assume this is an on-premise Skype for Business setup?
The Phone was sold by WESTCON MIDDLE EAST LTD in 18/12/2018 so I suggest you work with them once you checked the community search results >here< and actually use UC Software 5.9.3.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
