Hi.
Have:
Lync Server 2013
The Polycom VVX600 phone + Polycom VVX Camera
Software version 5.4.0
BToE Version 3.3.0
When in a video call or when you answer a video call from the user of the same phone (without BToE) the picture is displayed in the Lync client.
Is it possible and how to do the picture was on the phone, not in the Lync client, not disable BToE?

Hello ProninK,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I am not sure if I can follow the call scenario.

The VVX itself only supports Video Calls between 2 VVX Phones when using LYNC.

Can you provide more detail on when a Video Call works and when not ?

Hello Steffen,
I understand that on the phone you can see video between 2 VVX. This scenario is being considered. I also understand that when a video from the Lync client the user of the phone will not see it. In my case I want to know is it possible when BToE video to get on the phone.

Hello ProninK,

Are you asking if you can play a Video Clip from a PC on the Phone display?

Hello, Steffen.

No. You don't understand me (sorry for my English)! The picture I mean not the static picture of the user (photo). I mean it is video. If there are 2 phones VVX (both with camera), video calling between users can watch video on phones with each other (without BToE). If 1 phone has BToE, all the videos that user is redirected to the Lync client and then both users will not have video. My question is - to establish BToE to work videos on your phone.

Best Regards

Pronin Konstantin.

Hello Pronin Konstantin,

OK, I got it.

When using BToE the signaling between the phone and LYNC / Skype for Business differs slightly so that may explain the lack of Video on the VVX end as we do not support currently the SVC used by Microsoft.

I am getting one of our Russian Sales Engineers to contact you for further details so we can track this.
