calendar not available on trio 8800

on Trio 8800 I can't see the calendar

under Exchange Application I disabled the autodiscover and inserted url server exchange

After these changes the EWS info is "EWS deployed", but exchange calendar is still unavailable

software : UC 5.9.0.11421

Call Platform : Skype for Business on premises

  • Is this a new issue or did this work before?

Without such detail, we could be looking into all sorts of directions.

 

If your setup is done correctly there is no need to manually specify Exchange. This should all be automated.

In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support.
