conference video not showing on Trio 8800

Hello,

 

when we try to place a conference call with multiple users, trio visual+ idle Screen saver video comes. 

users video are not shown.

 

we are using 5.4.2.5400 firmware. 

 

any solution for this ? 

trio shows video only for point to point call between SFB calls.

Could you provide a few more details:

 

  • Lync or SIP?
  • What kind of participants?

The next step would be for you to work with your Polycom reseller to raise this with Polycom support.

hi,

when we are trying to do conference call with skype for business users, Visual+ doest show any video, its shows the regular desktop screen. Users videos never comes.

Hello Randhir,

The next step would be to contact your Polycom reseller and if the reseller is some internet discounter and is unable or unwilling to do this please provide me with a MAC address of one of the phones and I look this up.

After Firmware upgrade the issue was resolved..
