Hello,

 

Is it possible to disable the quick dial feature? This is where the phone does a search as you are typing in a number. We are having an issue where probably because of the size of the address book the device freezes for a second or 2 in the middle of typing the number.

 

VVX series phones running Lync firmware version 5.4.4-revision E.

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

There is no reverse number lookup against any LYNC address book or the local address book so I am unsure what feature you are quoting.

 

You should be aware of the escalation process so please follow this up the official path so we can look at this individual case.
