I have a concierge staff that has been creating quick dials under the Contact Directory instead of creating them in Outlook.  If the phones dies they will lose their 200+ quick dials.

So my question is, is there a way to exporting all the contacts into an cvs file so I can import them into Outlook?  I'm assuming this is done from the web console of the phone?

Thank you

Hello Karnov,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The phone would upload any local directory to a <mac>-directory.xml file.

Best Regards
