I just bought a brand new Trio 8800. The issue that I've right now, I cannot find the "Sign In" icon whereby I believed its should be on main interface of device. Beside that, i cannot do some changes on the time showing at top of screen. I tried to find the solution on the internet, but likely fails to do that.

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

Most likely the Trio is not in LYNC / Skype for Business Base Profile so this is explained => here <=
