We installed the m100 software on a user laptop earlier this year along with the valid licence keycode/ID etc, no problems. However, the laptop screen has now broken and so the whole laptop been replaced. We have uninstalled the m100 software, and downloaded a fresh copy to the replacement laptop. However, the licence keycode/ID is coming up as "invalid". Please advise as to how a transfer to the new hardware is possible. Thanks

Installing m100 with the "old" key should be working.
Please doublecheck, that you enter the correct license number and activation key code.
You could also try to generate a license file and try to import that.

Thanks for the reply. For sure have checked/double-checked the licences number and keycode, even went back to the licence summary and doublechecked there too. I will checkout the document that you referred to and see if that sheds any light. Cheers
