How to tranfer old m100 license to real presence desktop ?

Hi,

 

    My customer have buy m100 license and beyond more license.

    Question ?

    Can transfer beyond license to RPD?How ? If can not please advised for solution?

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

Each type of license is for an individual product and you cannot transfer a m100 license into a RPD license.

 

Please purchase a new license.

   If customer purchase M100 Migration SFW 25 Lic and get software lic key,Why i can not activate lic key?
