Hello Georg,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I discussed this with product management in the past and have the following official explanation:

Polycom RealPresence Desktop for Windows and Mac OS X license may be re-used based on the EULA, End Users License Agreement.

The customer may use the license for a maximum number of users for which it was purchased.

E.G. A customer has purchased a 5-user license pack and they are able to issue or re-issue the license to no more than 5 concurrent users.

For exact agreement refer to the EULA found => here <=

so if we have bought 10 licencens, I may install and activate the software on as many computers as needed as long no more than 10 Users use the software concurrenty?

Using is actually conferencing or starting software?

Hello @sotiris,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

As outlined in the EULA a license can only be used once. If a PC is defective the License can be moved to the new PC.

Polycom reserves the right to audit your deployment to verify that you have sufficient licenses to match the number of devices being used.
