Hi there all,

I have recently encountered an issue with a user where they have previously loaded a trial version of RealPresence Desktop which has subsequently expired and have now loaded a full version of the program and attempted to sign-in to a RealPresence Clairit Suite with RPRM.

When logging in, the user is presented with a message stating "license not available."

There are still plenty licenses avilable on the server.

Using the same credentials on a number of other machines allows the user to login without any issues.

We have unistalled the old version, completed an entire registry cleanup for all Polycom and RealPresence references and still the error persists.

It also does not seem to make any difference no matter which credentials we use for this user.

Any ideas anyone would be most appreciated.

Many thanks

Hello Gary,

I briefly checked internally but could not find anything. Simply work with your Polycom reseller to get this into Polycom support.
