RealPresence Desktop for iMac

Dear Support,

 

I had try to reinstall the RPD on a iMac with a new key code but it seems cannot clear the old key code in some where. How can I reinstall it with new key code?

A couple of questions:

 

  • What Version of RPD and what was the previously installed version?
  • What Mac iOS?
  • What is the reason for adding a new key?

Dear Support, Please find my reply. •What Version of RPD and what was the previously installed version? RPDMac_3_9_0_70051.dmg •What Mac iOS? late 2013 iMac •What is the reason for adding a new key? I shared the old key code to end user for temp use before, now I buy a purchased a new one for the end user, so need to change the new key code on the iMac. Thanks for your support. BR, Andy
