Dear all,

Periodically (very often recently) when the RPD user tries to connect to the server RPRM, then RPD shows the message: The licence is not available . The number of licences is enough, it never reached the maximum. The licences for RPD are provided from RPRM. The RPD user finally connects to the server RPRM after numerous attemps to click "Enter" button.
Anybody knows what the problem is connected with?

The DMA version is 6.0.5
The RPRM version is 8.1.1
The RPDs version is 3.3.0 (though 3.2.1 versions have the same problem). The number of RPDs in invironment is near 100. RPDs on different computers and networks suffer from this problem.

Thank you,
Best regards

Hello KSU,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I had a brief look internally and could not find a similar issue.

Please ensure you take logs of all Polycom devices involved straight after the message appears and then raise this via your Polycom reseller with Polycom support.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
