I have a Polycom CX100, quite old now. I use it with Skype for business, it will work fine for a while but after a while users report a significant echo on the line. If I physically disconnect it and reconnect, the echo goes away for a while. I saw the older posts on here about TTY but that isn't turned on. I couldn't find any software or firmware drivers to update. I'm using Skype enterprise 2016 MSO (16.0.9126.2336) 32 bit on windows 7 enterprise 64 bit
Any help or pointers greatly appreciated
