Hello,
I'me working in a belgian hospital.
We are using a RealPresence Trio 8800 connected to usb for our Skype meetings.
Recently, w've bought a klik and show system, witch is using the network to cast video and audio output.
The klik and show is delaying the audio.
The delaying of the audio is causing echo in our conversations.
Is there any way to tune the auto-echo reduction of the RealPresence to solve or problem?
Any codec or things like that?
Can anybody help us?
Thx a lot
Hello @CAPPON Benjamin ,
Welcome to the Poly Community.
I am not sure I understand the request. You are using the Poly Trio as a USB Loudspeaker and Microphone and another device introduces a delay.
Has this been tested using the PC loudspeaker and Microphone and are you seeing the same issue?
If yes then this would be working as designed. There is no configuration parameter that I would know off to "delay" the audio on a Poly Trio.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hi Cappon, best reconfigure without Klick & Show in the path. Delayed sound echo is a challenge that can sometimes be dealt with using an external sound processor but that approach requires audio connections that are not externally accessible through Trio.
Peripheral sharing through wireless presentation devices typically adds 400 milliseconds latency, wondering what Klick & Show is adding, the video link below can help give you a rough idea. One vertical hash across the bottom bar equals about 40 milliseconds latency. - Tom
