The power button just flashes red and purple. Factory reset (holding down power and volume up) doesn't do anything. Do you have any ideas on what else I can do?

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Most likely this would need an RMA.


Usually, in order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support. Available End User Poly services offerings are detailed here

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.

Thanks for your prompt reply Steffen, up until now I was very happy with the Voxbox. 

 

I bought the Voxbox off Amazon from a vendor called GbH Communications that has been acquired since then. The serial is 64167F0F0A6A. Can you let me know whom I should contact for support?

Our records also show GECDF-GBH Communications Inc. but it was sold back in 12/22/2017 so for us this is out of warranty.
