Hi All,

 

I have this problem whereas I connecting my two Polycom VC facility to a brigde for the B part to see it. Whenever I send a content from my laptop connected in either of the two VC available in my network, the other party in remote site are able to see it, but not when the share a content. Whenever they share a content from their end, I am not able to see it in either of the two VC in my side.

 

The Video and Audio is working perfect and no drops is experienced during the VC session for Audio and Video.

What happens when there is not a bridge in the mix, can the 2 units successfully share content in a point-2-point call between themselves?

Try to change de resolution to 800x600.
