Content Sharing in Telepresence

Hi polycom Team,

 

Today we had situation to connect three Telepresence solutions into a conference call. One TP Site (RPX ) is out of  our company network and other two TP (OTX 300) are connected within our network. 

 

To have the conference call , we connected the site with RMX Conference Facility. We were able to establish the connectivity. Both Video and Audio are working fine.(Video Conference Quality).

 

When remote TP Room (i.e  RPX) wants to share the content , Both the OTX Sites were not able to see the content sharing. during the timeframe , Content Sharing was not even working between OTX sites.

 

we suspect the  issues in RMX Settings with respect to Content sharing.

 

please help on this ASAP..

This would be best if you would open a service ticket with your VNOC/Service provider for your suites.  They will be able to assist by getting the appropriate logs from the systems including the RMX to see what may have happened.
