Hi --

 

The camera on my Polycom ViewStation FX stopped working, and I figured I had done something wrong, so I decided to RESET the beast.  Now when I power on the FX I get the message that the test for NTSC/PAL requires that the camera be able to move and I need to remove the camera collar and cycle power.  So I turn off the power and remove the collar at the back side of the camera and power the FX back on.  I get the same message. 

 

Can somebody tell me what is wrong and if I am interpreting the "remove the camera collar" message correctly.  BTW, the camera moves fine.  It just doesn't point toward anything.
