Hello,
We have purchased two licenses for M100 software. We have the firewalls disabled for the two machines running the software, we have set the machines in the router/modem DMZ, and even forwarded all the correct ports. However, we cannot connect to one another, but we can connect to the test sites. We are on the same campus, but at two different IP addresses (not on a LAN). Here is the error we receive when trying to connect with one another:
"Your call could not be completed because of security or permission issues. Contact your network administrator for assistance."
I'm very new to this, so any assistance would be appreciated.
Thank you.
