what telepresence equipment to use in deploying video conferencing

Hello, i was told polycom is the best video conferencing operator. I am incharde of IT and want to deploy video conferencing but don't realy master polycom equipments. please i need help.

 

i need a unified conferencing system with voice included. i need to know the appropriate gateway and gatekeepers to buy, servers for video conferencing implementation, MUC and a content obviously the most recent technologies.

 

I will equally love the system to be interoperable with Microsoft Lyn and anybody anywhere should be able to connect.
