A few years ago CRN published an article calledThe Plight of Partner Portals. According to writer “when it comes to partner portals, I’m not arguing that partner portals are useless; I’m arguing they are mostly useless.”
Ouch! Maybe a bit harsh, however the article provided a realistic view of what most partner portals lack, and most important what an ideal partner portal should do from the ground up.

Recently, we enhanced the platform and introduced a new content subscription feature. As a Polycom partner you can now choose to be notified when the resources you care most about are updated or when new resources become available. And best of all, you get to choose the frequency of your notifications.
Also, starting next month, assets on PartnerConnect will be classified according to the stages of the buyer’s journey. This enhancement will make it easier to quickly find the resources that are most relevant to your customers and prospects based on where they are in the buying process.
