Meeting scheduled for 3 offices to connect via IP.

One office to show presentaion and have the speaker on show in the other 2 offices via the PIP window.

Testing this today we've found that the 2 sites recieve an image of all 3 sites in their PIP window.

Any ideas on settings for each unit to ensure this works out?

Units are all Polycom VSX7000

The display layout that is presented to the farend sites is controlled by the host system. The setting to change the layout is located in Admin tools in the Monitor section under Multipoint Setup.  Here you will find graphical representation of the display layouts to choose from.
