Hello,

 

With HDX systems, I was able to retrieve CDR from Perl telnet session using "calldetail all" and was able to automate some of the tasks in doing so.

 

However, when I tried to run the same script on Group 300/500, I got error message.

So, I manually went into G300/500 and run the command, and I got the same message.

 

I chceked the Intgrator guide but no luck.

 

Is there a way to retrieve CDR from API?

No the RP Group Series API does not support the retrieval of CDR.

 

To request a feature request please consult with your Polycom sales team.
