where can i find  API for eagle eye 3 ?

it needs  for external control  (by crestron controller).

IMHO answer isn't correct, it seems the question was about direct control EagleEye camera from Crestron or I'm not right? I also interested in this info.

That's right. 

camera starts 1080p60, but only after it connects to codec directly, it starts 1080i50.

 most of VGA extenders gives a lot of artefacts when transmits 1080p60 on a long distances, but in 1080i50 works well.

Try  module for control EagleEye from Crestron site. May be this solve your problem
