Hi,

 

My customer want to control Eagle Eye 3 Directly.
Eagle Eye 3 is not connected with HDX system.
In this case, the document "Integrator’s Reference Manual for HDX system" is not useful.

 

I need API for Eagle Eye3 to directly control it.
Where can I find it?

I got the answer for this.

 

 

Both amx and crestron have direct control modules for EagleEye 3.

Polycom can NOT supply the control codes to anyone else per legal agreement with camera manufacturer.
